			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Finally! QEN for Q1 2009 is going to be released next week according to <a href="http://www.eveonline.com/devblog.asp?a=blog&amp;bid=656">this dev blog</a>. Seems they decided to skip <a href="http://www.eveonline.com/devblog.asp?a=author&amp;p=CCP%20Dr.EyjoG">2008</a> and only gave us <a href="http://www.eveonline.com/devblog.asp?a=blog&amp;bid=607">some numbers of Orca last year</a>. </p>
